Say A Prayer

Some of you guys know my little brother Alex from our radio show, he has been a constant source of enjoyment for many of us. You will also know I only met Alex about 3 years ago, it’s a long story but a good one.

Alex is pretty sick right now and needs your prayers. He suffers from Epilepsy and recently began having fit on top of fit which is a terrible thing to experience. He was admitted to a London hospital last week but his fits have not stopped, clearly something in his brain chemistry has gone haywire. In order to try and get a better idea of what’s going on he has been put into an induced coma, obviously there are a lot of risks associated with this, and pinpointing neurological conditions is not the easiest thing in the world either.

So even if you don’t believe in prayer, do Alex and favor and give it a shot, he needs our help. He’s my little brother and I love him, I’m not ready to let him go yet. If you are his friend on Facebook please drop him a line, I know he’d appreciate it, and thank you for all your wonderful support.

  1. Thanks for sharing what’s happening, Scott – was *just* thinking about him and am glad to know that at least the coma is an induced one, that doctors can control and and minimize further injury.

I hope you’ll be able to go see him. If you need help doing that, you just need to let us know. I’ll bet we could all pool resources and get you a ticket over. Who’s in?

  2. My 3 year old nephew has epilepsy, and will never recorver from it. So I kinda know the feeling. It’s terrible. I really hope Alex comes back and recovers. Both for him but also for you and your family Scott. And I will definately say prayer for him. Best wishes.

    Simon
