Anyway, tonight we play Hamburg, and the wonderful Ed Harcourt has joined us on tour. He’ll not only be opening the remaining shows, but he’ll be joining the band live onstage, all of which equals a really good time. If you don’t know Ed, shame on you, and go check him out.
We’ll be staying the night in Hamburg (hotels = yes please) before we move on to Berlin tomorrow for the Saturday night extravaganza.
Now some of you may already know this, but it’s been confirmed that we are playing Later with Jools Holland on BBC 2 on April 29th, with the show airing on May 2nd I believe. You guys may want to confirm that on the BBC site. Sadly this means us postponing a couple of shows, but it’s really not an opportunity we can pass up.
Anyway, miss you guys, miss doing the show, can’t wait to get back and tell you all about my travels. God bless all you fans of the show I have met at each and every show, and thanks so much to you wonderful people that keep the station alive.
